Many Digital TV installation projects are carried out under the auspices of the CDM regulations. Heath & Safety Management is critical for all construction and engineering projects however, when a project involves working at heights, such is the case with TV installation contracts, it is essential that Heath & Safety is managed and implement by the Principal Contractor.
Concero can provide Health & Safety Management in the form of a CDM Coordinator throughout the design & deployment phase, to fulfil the legal requirements under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the CDM Regulations 2007.
Concero has a management system in place which has been designed to comply with the CDM Regulations 2007. The system ensures that the Client is aware of their duties and that all parties engaged in the project are competent to carry out their roles. The Client is not expected to be actively involved in managing the work, however, they are duty bound to take reasonable steps to ensure that adequate management arrangements are set down through out the term of the project.
